No! The retreat isn’t only for 6-figure Black women. It’s for women that who want to stretch themselves as well. All of the concepts apply to Black women across the salary spectrum.

More than anything, the retreat is for Black women that want to/ready to let go of the scarcity mentality, build their money skills, and create concrete emotional and financial goals to do so. It’s for Black women who are ready to uplevel their money, mindset, and their network.

No! Men and women of any background are welcomed. However, I’m holding space for Black women with this retreat and we will (unapologetically) touch on culturally-specific financial themes naturally as personal finance and politics are very much connected as our current social reckoning has shown us.
