Only 24 Hours in a Day – Use Your Time Wisely

22Most of us living today have too many things to do and not enough time. With only 24 hours in a day and needing to sleep, eat, and travel that doesn’t leave enough time for everything else. Since wishing for more time doesn’t change anything the only thing we can do is use what we have wisely.

Stop worrying! We spend so much time worrying about things that may happen that we use an enormous amount of energy. and time that could be better spent doing something else. Though easier said than done there are some proven ways to help you worry less.

Throughout the day someone or something will pull on you and the demands can feel overwhelming. Rather than get irritated with everyone else put yourself in time out. Take a break from all of the chaos and stress around you.

Just a few minutes a day to disconnect from everything and everyone needing your attention.

If you really want to reclaim your time and your calendar start delegating.  I am not the only capable one. I am not the only capable one.  Repeat as many times as you need to to believe it. Just because you can do something doesn’t mean that you should. Figure out what you’re doing that others can do and ask them to do it!

Part of delegation, and also having more time, means saying no to what you don’t want or can’t do and yes to what you do want. If you’re like many women saying no is not easy. But we’ll teach you how. Look for our upcoming series How to Say No Like a Boss and Still Be a Lady.
